What are the most common side effects to be expected from Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?
  • GI upset such as nausea, diarrhea, constipation
  • Irritation at the injection site
Are there any contraindications for treatment?

In use of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, those with a  personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer, Multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2),  pancreatitis or type 1 diabetes will be not be eligible for treatment.

For Contrave, those with a history of cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, seizures, current or past hx of anorexia nervosa, bulimia, will not be eligible for treatment.

For metformin, those with a history of severe chronic kidney or liver dysfunction, congestive heart failure or complications from diabetes will not be eligible for treatment.

What type of Nutrition and exercise plan will be provided?

Our exercise and nutrition plans will be customized to fit each individual’s needs and preferences.  We also offer personalized sessions with a personal trainer via telemedicine for an additional fee.

Prior to starting any nutrition and exercise plan, we will conduct a risk assessment to ensure you are an appropriate candidate for treatment.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance currently.  All services are offered as cash pay services.

What is your no show/cancellation policy?

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24-48 hours prior to the start of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $50 non-refundable fee. 

What is your refund policy?

Currently, we do not offer refunds at this time.
